- After placing your order, please wait for least 48 Hours which includes making, processing and packaging followed by 4-7 business days of shipping for India-wide orders.
- We will get ready and ship your package within 48 hours.

All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has processed and the order is confirmed.
EXCHANGE POLICY :

Only size-variation & defective products may be exchanged. There are no refunds for shipping charges.

Once an item is received, you have three calendar days to swap it.

Exchange is limited to one instance.

You must return the item in its original, unused condition in order for it to be eligible for exchange. The original packaging for your item is required.

A receipt or other evidence of purchase is required for your item.

We will check your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that it has been received.

We offer a warranty against fading of colour for a period of 3 months, ensuring that your pieces remain as stunning as the day you received them. Additionally, we believe that our Stainless steel jewellery will not lose its colour or finish under normal wear conditions.

All our Stainless Steel products come with a 3 months warranty against any colour/fading defect.
