Dispatch Time
Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) unless otherwise communicated. 

Delivery ETA
Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹699 (excluding shipping & after discounts).

Tracking Updates
Your tracking details will be shared on whatsapp & email once the order is dispatched.

Delays
Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after shipping, unless there is a delay from the courier’s end or a delay communicated by our team. In such cases, we’ll be happy to assist you and keep you informed.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Earrings — Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are only eligible for exchange in cases of damage or an incorrect item received.

How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us on WhatsApp (9167120360) or Instagram (@sicsense.in) with your order ID and issue details. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps in the shipping process.

Exchange Fee
A fee of ₹125 applies to cover two-way shipping and handling, unless the issue is due to an error on our side.

Processing Timeline
The new product will be shipped once the exchange item is received and verified by our team. The overall exchange process usually takes 7–12 days, unless otherwise communicated.

Return & Refund Policy 

Orders at Sicsense are processed as final-sale personal fashion items, so returns and refunds are not available once an order has been placed. However, we do accept exchanges as per our Exchange Policy. If you need help before placing your order, our team is always happy to assist with sizing or product clarification.

Defect or Missing Policy 

For any defect or missing product concern, a complete unboxing video (compulsory) is required as proof and must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide you with the best possible resolution as per our policy.

Warranty Policy 

All stainless steel products from Sicsense come with a 1-year warranty covering colour fading and manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Please note that each product is eligible for one warranty claim only during the warranty period.

• Colour fading within the warranty period
• Valid manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

• Physical damage, breakage, scratches, or deformation
• Wear and tear from regular or rough usage
• Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, moisture, or improper handling
